Justin Im is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Essex Solutions, a role he was named to in July of 2025. Im previously served in the same role for Superior Essex and has been an invaluable member of the Legal team since first joining the company in 2012. Before joining Superior Essex, he was in-house counsel at a Fortune 25 company in Atlanta and practiced at global law firms in New York and Atlanta specializing in corporate, M&A, structured finance and securities law. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Fordham University School of Law.
